Iris Shih is a graphic designer working in print and interactive media, with a particular fondness for typography and illustrated books. After graduating from Yale University, she moved to New York City in search of new design challenges. She has collaborated with large cultural institutions as well as individuals on projects of varied scope and size. Her experience includes work for Pentagram, Carnegie Hall, Herman Miller, Yale University, and HarperCollins Publishers, where she art directed the visual book imprint, Harper Design, for three years.
When she is not designing, Iris can frequently be found reading, eating, taking photographs, going for long walks, traveling, practicing Taekwondo, and talking to animals.
