With the HireArt mobile app, job seekers can browse and apply to postings directly through their phones. Candidates complete a video and written application, which they can then use to apply to multiple jobs.
Creating a mobile app involved optimizing elements of the web experience for mobile as well as introducing new features like goal setting and submission tracking. Working with the product team, I defined the mobile feature set, outlined user flows, established the navigation structure, and designed the visual language and aesthetic.
